<image:caption>Phillip Davis, MD From a young age, I developed an appreciation for the people and events of our past that helped shape America. As a SC native, I’m fascinated by the deep history of our region and enjoy sharing its story. While a medical student at MUSC in Charleston, my classmates and I learned how to detect and treat illness using the latest diagnostic tools and therapy while treating patients compassionately and holding their privacy sacred. With a similar mindset, we use modern technology combined with historical maps, writings and our network to find important sites and artifacts from our country’s past to keep their story alive. Dr. Davis also works in the pharmaceutical industry where he leads the clinical development, launch and support of diagnostic oncology drug products. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of SC and finished his medical degree at MUSC in Charleston (2004). Phillip lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC with his wife, Angel, and their 3 children. They have been members of St. Andrews Church in the Old Village since 2002. Linkedin Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/phillipbriansdavis/</image:caption>
